Recipe Ingredients for Wendy's Italian Meatloaf

2 lb lean ground beef
4 eggs
2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cup frozen vegetables, mashed
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup honey mustard
2 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Wendy's Italian Meatloaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bbq sauce and mix well.

  2. Add honey mustard sauce and mix well.

  3. Press mixture into 2 ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pans or any other pan that can be used for meatloaf shape.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.

  5. Serve in 2 oz servings
