Recipe Ingredients for Wendy's Chili

2 pounds 90/10 ground beef
29 ounces tomato sauce
29 ounces beans, kidney with liquid
29 ounces beans, pinto with liquid
1 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup green chilies, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
3 medium tomatoes, diced
2 teaspoons cumin powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons Salt
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Wendy's Chili

  1. Brown Beef and drain fat

  2. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.

  3. Simmer to two to three hours.
