Who knows, but I like it and it's good pre-workout food.

Recipe Ingredients for Weird Thrown Together Chicken, Peas, Carrots, Broccoli not-quite stir fry

2 cups cooked brown rice
2 chicken breast
1 3/4 cups Del Monte Sweet Peas
3 oz Peeled Baby Carrots
2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Weird Thrown Together Chicken, Peas, Carrots, Broccoli not-quite stir fry

  1. Steam carrots and broccoli for 20-30 minutes approximately, adding salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Grill chicken and cut into 1/2" cubes.

  3. Boil brown rice per directions on container.

  4. Drain peas, then throw them in with rice in medium size pan.

  5. Add carrots, broccoli, and cubed chicken to pot.

  6. Add any needed salt and pepper according to taste.

  7. Stir in soy sauce slowly into mixture.
