I swapped all purpose flour with whole wheat/Bread flour half and half. Did not add any sugar and used low fat milk instead of fatfree...

Recipe Ingredients for WeightWatcher's "ClassicWhiteBread" turned wholewheat w/ no Sugar

4 oz Lowfat Milk
1 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Bread Flour
3 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for WeightWatcher's "ClassicWhiteBread" turned wholewheat w/ no Sugar

  1. Mix yeast with milk and water, let rise.

  2. Mix Flour(s) together

  3. Once yeast is ready mix together or as I do pour everything into bread machine...set for dough setting.

  4. Take out knead and place in loaf pan

  5. Place in warm place for 30mins to rise again.

  6. Preheat oven to 375

  7. Bake for no more than 20mins, slightly less for softer crust.
