Recipe Ingredients for weightloss vegetable soup

4 cups vegetable broth
14 oz diced tomato (with juice)
1 tbs tomato paste
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 salt
1/2 pepper

Recipe Directions for weightloss vegetable soup

  1. 1. Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray saute onions garlic and carrots 5 minutes

  2. 2. add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 hour

  3. 3. You can add vegetables and seasoning of your choice.
