Recipe Ingredients for Weight watchers veggie soup

1 zuchinni
1 onion
3 carrots
12 oz tomato juice
14 oz tomatoes
58 oz chicken broth
1 green pepper
1/2 cup parsley
1 head cabbage
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup green beans

Recipe Directions for Weight watchers veggie soup

  1. Saute onion and carrot 5 min, then add ALL other ingredients, cover and simmer for at least 1 1/2 hrs.

  2. Free to eat all day long. Enjoy

  3. May add any combination vegetables you may like.
