Weight Watchers bread--only in muffin form!

Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin, prepared
1/2 cup apples, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoon salt

Follow recipe for bread, only divide into muffin tins and only cook for about 25 minutes at 375F.
