Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers Low Fat Taco Soup

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 large onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 ounce hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 1/4 ounce taco seasoning mix
15 ounce pinto beans
15 ounce hot chili beans
15 ounce whole kernel corn
15 ounce stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavor)

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers Low Fat Taco Soup

  1. Brown the meat and onions and drain.

  2. Mix ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix into the meat.

  3. Without draining, add all other ingredients.

  4. Simmer 1 hour.
