Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers Healthy Chili

10 oz Ground Breast of Turkey
1 medium onion, diced
56 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 small zucchini, diced
236 g Yellow zucchini
15 oz fat-free, reduced-sodium beef broth
4 celery stalks, diced
2 red bell peppers, diced
15 oz corn
15 oz kidney beans
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp coriander

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers Healthy Chili

  1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and onion and saute' until browned, about 10 minutes.

  2. Transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to a large soup pot and add the tomatoes, zucchini, squash, beans, broth, celery, bell peppers, and chili seasoning. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Continue to simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes

  3. Serves 20.
