Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Skillet

13 oz boneless chicken breast
10 3/4 oz healthy request cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
10 oz Broccoli Spears
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Skillet

  1. Combine soup and sour cream in medium bowl and mix well.

  2. Place broccoli in colander, run under cold water 30 to 45 seconds or until spears are separated and partially thawed. Drain on paper towels.

  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Arrange chicken and broccoli spears in pan, and then spoon soup mixture over it.

  4. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.

  5. Sprinkle on cheese and let melt.
