Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers Chicken Parmigiana

1 lb chicken breast
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 egg whites
1/4 cup shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers Chicken Parmigiana

  1. Cut chicken into 4 equal pieces.

  2. Dip chicken in egg white and then cover in breadcrumbs and 1TB of italian seasoning.

  3. Cook in medium high skillet, 4 minutes each side.

  4. Cover chicken with sauce and top with cheese.

  5. Bake in 325 oven for 25 minutes
