I love cheese soup and this does the trick when I am having a craving.

Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watchers Cheese Soup

7 cups fat free chicken broth
32 ounce frozen mixed vegetables
10 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Weight Watchers Cheese Soup

  1. Cook vegetables in broth until just heated through and have a bright color.

  2. Remove vegetables to a blender add 1 cup broth.

  3. Puree until you get the texture you like. I prefer confetti size pieces of vegetables. Can leave whole if desired.

  4. Put pureed vegetables add diced cheese into pot.

  5. Heat until cheese melts.

  6. Eat Up.
