Recipe Ingredients for Weight Watcher's Basic Pancake Recipe (tweaked a little by me! :) )

1 large Egg, Whole
10 mL Sunflower oil
300 mL Sainsbury's Basics Unsweetened Soya Milk
65 grams Tesco Plain Flour
60 grams Allinson's Wholemeal Plain Flour

Recipe Directions for Weight Watcher's Basic Pancake Recipe (tweaked a little by me! :) )

Put both flours in a bowl and slowly whisk in the milk, then the egg, until you get a smooth batter. Stir in the oil well, then put the bowl in the fridge for at least 1 hr, to stand. Makes 8 pancakes, around 6" diameter. Serving is 2 pancakes per person. Can be frozen.
