Recipe Ingredients for Weight Gainers PB Banana Smoothie

1 large Banana
16 fl oz of Milk
2 tbsp of Organic Peanut Butter
2 scoops of Whey protein Powder

Recipe Directions for Weight Gainers PB Banana Smoothie

  1. Freeze the banana overnight[optional if you like it thick or not]

  2. Pour milk into blender

  3. Then add the banana, 2 tbsp of Peanut butter, and the 2 scoops of whey protein to the blender.

  4. Blend it until you do not here any see/ hear the banana anymore.

  5. Enjoy!
