3 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 Banana
1/2 cup Wheat Bran
1/2 cup Fiber One
1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
1 cup Water
2 tbs Splenda Granular
1 tbs Cinnamon
10 Ice Cube
