Recipe Ingredients for weekly porridge for one

4 cups water
1 cup pecans
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup oatmeal - old fashion
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup maple syrup

Recipe Directions for weekly porridge for one

  1. bring water raisins and craisins to a boil

  2. add oatmeal and simmer 5 minutes

  3. add flax see meal and wheat germ

  4. bring back to a boil and then divide into individual servings for the week.
