Recipe Ingredients for Weekend French Toast

4 slices multigrain bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Weekend French Toast

Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Dip bread into mixture. Saute in oil over medium heat. Serve immediately or hold in a 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
