60 g Lo cal bread
183 g 3/4 cup egg beaters
50 g Lite soy milk
28 g Light Spam
6 g ketchup
14 g Shedd's Spread
14 g jalapeno
10 g onion

Recipe Directions for Weekend breakfast - Lite

  1. Scramble egg beaters with soy milk and onion.

  2. Fry light spam.

  3. Toast 3 slices of bread and butter lightly.

  4. Add jalapeno and ketchup to eggs.
