82 g Lo cal bread, toasted
28 g Lite Spam
6 g ketchup
14 g Shedd's Spread
14 g jalapeno
10 g onion
183 g Egg Beaters
60 g Light Soy Milk

Recipe Directions for Weekend breakfast - Large

  1. Fry light Spam.

  2. Mix egg beaters, onion, and soy milk. Scramble in pan. Remove from heat and add jalapenos.

  3. Lightly butter toast with 1 tbsp of lo-cal margarine. Add no more than 2 tbsp of ketchup for flavor.
