This is the recipe off of the Lea and Perrins bottle. BTW, 80 grams of Worcestershire sauce is 1/3 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Weekday Meatloaf

16 oz Ground Turkey
16 oz. gound beef
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
80 grams Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Weekday Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Saute the onions for a short time over medium heat. This step is optional, but I like them softer in the meatloaf.

  3. Mix everything together in a large bowl.

  4. Shape into a loaf form on a flat pan, or place in a loaf pan.

  5. Bake about an hour, or until done

  6. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy
