Recipe Ingredients for weekday lasagna

16 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
10 tbsp chopped Onions
28 oz Tomatoes
14 oz Water
6 oz Tomato Paste
1 pkg Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
10 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
6 pc Lasagna Noodles
1 cup Fancy Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for weekday lasagna

  1. cook ground turkey. drain. add onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, spaghetti sauce. bring to a boil. mix egg, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese together.

  2. on greased 9 x13. add cup of meat sauce. lay 3 noodles. put half of cheese mixture. put half of meat sauce. lay 3 noodles. the rest of cheese mixture. rest of meat mixture. bake covered for 50 minutes at 350. Then had mozzarella cheese. bake 10 to 15 minutes more until cheese is melted. let sit for 15 minutes out of oven before served.
