Recipe Ingredients for Weekday breakfast

2 medium slice hovis wholemeal bread
1 tsp olive oil
2 large eggs
200 g baked beans
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Weekday breakfast

  1. Toast bread.

  2. Fry eggs in olive oil. Sprinkle with black pepper.

  3. Heat up baked beans.

  4. Pour beans onto toast. Top with egg.

  5. Enjoy!
