Classic iceberg wedge with Gorgonzola.

Recipe Ingredients for Wedge Salad

1 head iceberg lettuce
2 oz crumbled Gorgonzola
1 Roma tomato
4 scallions
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Wedge Salad

  1. Core and slice head of lettuce in half or quarters. Divide on two plates.

  2. Dice scallions and tomato. Mix in a bowl with the cheese, oil and vinegar.

  3. Pour 1/2 on each lettuce wedge.

  4. Garnish with salt and pepper.
