Recipe Ingredients for Watermelon Smoothie

1/4 cup Fat Free Skim Milk
2 serving Watermelon
2 cups Ice

Recipe Directions for Watermelon Smoothie

  1. Ingredients: 2 cups of ice, 1/4 cup of skim milk, 2 cups of chopped watermelon

  2. In a blender, combine the watermelon and milk, and blend for 15seconds, or until smooth. Add the ice, and blend to your desired consistency. Add more ice, if needed, and blend for 10 seconds.
