This is my smoothie base for twice daily

Recipe Ingredients for Watermelon Smoothie Base

1/4 apple
1 cup watermelon
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 tomato
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup blueberry
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Watermelon Smoothie Base

  1. Mix powder for protein shake manually with 1/2 cup water

  2. shake for 3 minutes until completely mixed and not gritty

  3. Add smoothie base to fill shaker cup
