Recipe Ingredients for Watermelon Salsa Salad

0.5 melon (15" long x 7-1/2" dia) Watermelon
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 lime yields Lime Juice
1 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Watermelon Salsa Salad

  1. Slice watermelon into 1in cubes. Slice jalapeno very thin (Leave the seeds in for a spicier flavor). Chop cilantro very fine. Combine all ingredients. Juice lime over top.

  2. Taste the recipe and if you want it hotter add more jalapeno. Also really delicious if you add red onion.
