This is great served with tortilla or pita chips!

Recipe Ingredients for Watermelon Salsa

2 cups seedless watermelon, diced
3/4 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Watermelon Salsa

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Drain if necessary before serving.
