Mmmm... what a light & refreshing summer drink.

Recipe Ingredients for Watermelon Lemonade

6 c. watermelon, seeded
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. water, more or less to taste

Recipe Directions for Watermelon Lemonade

  1. Combine all in blender, puree smooth. Strain if desired, to remove pulp from watermelon.

  2. Taste & sweeten with additional sugar or honey (return to blender and puree thoroughly to combine).

  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving over ice. Garnish with thin lemon slices and/or mint sprigs, if desired.
