Recipe Ingredients for Watermelon Granita

4 cup, balls Watermelon
2 fl oz Lime Juice
1 oz Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Watermelon Granita

Remove any seeds from the watermelon. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an 8 x 8 backing dish and freeze. After about 2 hours start lightly scraping the top frozen areas. Repeat the scraping process until the entire mixture has been shaved into a light consistancy. Cover with plastic wrap and store in freezer. Serve in martini or glass serving dishes. Garnish with a twist of lime.
