Recipe Ingredients for Watercress Soup

150 g watercress
2 medium potatos
2 stock cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 large onion
2 litres water
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Watercress Soup

  1. Boil the watercress, potatos, onion, garlic (optional), table spoon of olive oil, stock cubes and salt together.

  2. Once cooked puree everything in a food processer/blender

  3. Ready to eat
