You've heard of bagel and lox. Here, you replace the bagel with wasa crackers. Go figure!

Recipe Ingredients for Wasa & Lox

2 slice Crispbread
1 wedge Light French Onion
1 Roma Tomato
1 1/4 oz. Smoked Salmon

Recipe Directions for Wasa & Lox

  1. Lay 2 Wasa Crackers on a plate

  2. Unwrap cheese wedge

  3. Cut Cheese wedge in half

  4. Spread one half of the cheese wedge on one cracker, use the other half for the other cracker.

  5. Cut roma tomato into slices and put those slices on the crackers.

  6. Now put equal amounts of salmon on each cracker and enjoy!
