Warm tomato salsa - compliment a meat or tofu dish

Recipe Ingredients for Warm Tomato Salsa

2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
0.25 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Warm Tomato Salsa

  1. Cut 2 medium sized tomatoes and 2-4 green onions, fine.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, adding the tomato and onion.

  3. When warm, add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to taste.

  4. Serve over a cut of meat or fried tofu.
