Recipe Ingredients for Warm Summer Vegetable Salad

1.5 cup Peas, Green
1 Serving Tomatoes
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Warm Summer Vegetable Salad

  1. Cook half the peas in chicken stock.

  2. Boil or steam the broccoli.

  3. Fry the tomatoes slightly until the skin is starting to come off, and the mushrooms.

  4. Blend the peas with the stock so they are mushy peas.

  5. Add the rest of the peas to them and put back on boil, add the tomatoes, mushrooms and broccoli.

  6. And then serve.
