Recipe Ingredients for warm seafood salad

4 cups lettuce leaves
1/2 cup cucumber
1 radish
1 small carrot
1/2 red onion
200 grams prawns
100 grams squid
100 grams salmon
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for warm seafood salad

  1. cut lettuce cucumber radish onion and carrot in to small pieces

  2. pan fry seafood on baking paper in fry pan, no oil

  3. mix all ingred together while still warm with juices.
