Recipe Ingredients for Warm Oat-y Bran Breakfast

1/2 cup Cereal Very High Fibre Bran
1/4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 medium apple Apples
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.33 tbsp Syrups, Maple

Recipe Directions for Warm Oat-y Bran Breakfast

  1. 1) Cook the oatmeal with the 1/2 apple (diced or shredded) in a small pot for a few minutes with 1/2 c. water, till it has absorbed water and softened.

  2. 2) Remove from heat and stir in the fibre cereal, cinnamon and maple syrup. Add a bit more water or milk/soymilk if it seems too thick. Let sit for a few minutes covered, then serve!
