Delicious, healthy substitute for Warm Bacon Spinach Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Warm Maple Spinach Salad

12 oz Baby Spinach Salad
1/4 cup Natural Chunk Cheese - 2% Reduced Fat - Sharp Cheddar
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbs Medium Amber Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Vinegar red wine
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Warm Maple Spinach Salad

Saute shallots in olive oil until translucent but not brown. Add Syrup and Vinegar, cook about 2 min to thicken. Toast Walnuts. Toss Spinach & Walnuts with warm dressing. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve.
