1 1/4 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1/2 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3/10 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  1. - Chop veg into chunks

  2. - Grill on oiled grill top

  3. - When tender place in bowl and toss with vinegar and salt
