Recipe Ingredients for Warm Fresh Lentils

4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 clove Garlic
1 1/4 cup Organics Green Lentils Dry
1 tsp Butter
3 1/2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1 Leek
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp salt
2 large carrots

Recipe Directions for Warm Fresh Lentils

  1. Boil Lentils for 25 minutes with whole onion

  2. Saute garlic and green onions

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
