Recipe Ingredients for Warm Beef Nicoise

170 g beef steak
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp english mustard
1 egg
90 g potatoes
60 g green beans
90 g salad leaves
90 g cherry tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Warm Beef Nicoise

  1. Marinate the steak in the vinegar and 1 tablespoon of orange juice.

  2. Boil the egg and when cool shell and chop for later.

  3. Boil the potatoes drain and chop for later.

  4. Boil the green beans drain.

  5. Chop the cherry tomatoes.

  6. Mix the remaining orange juice with the olive oil and mustard.

  7. Fry the steak to taste, then slice.

  8. Place the salad leaves on a plate with all the other ingredients then place the steak slices on top and drizzle with the dressing.
