A warm salad with veggies and wild rice

Recipe Ingredients for Warm Asparagus and Rice Salad

2 cup Long Grain
4 cup Asparagus
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 serving Parmesan 100% Grated
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Warm Asparagus and Rice Salad

  1. Cut asparagus and onion

  2. mix everything but the rice and half of the parmesan together

  3. roast in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through

  4. cook rice according to package directions

  5. combine rice and asparagus mixture

  6. serve warm

  7. if desirder, chop two medium sized tomatoes and add to salad after combined
