1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded coarsely
1 1/2 (3.5") cucumber, sliced into medium pieces

  1. Shred the iceberg lettuce coarsely.

  2. Cut the tomato into wedges

  3. Slice the cucumber.

  4. Present as desired in a bowl, on a plate or squeeze into a container for later consumption.
