16 ounces tofu
2 tbsp vital wheat gluten
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup chickpeas, cooked
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for I wanna be a tofurkey when I grow up

  1. Press tofu

  2. Blend everything in food processor (use other seasons too like garlic and spike, but you need the ones listed).

  3. Put mix in a collander w/paper towels and press again over night (put a plate under collander to catch liquid).

  4. Bake covered @ 400 for 45 mins then uncovered for 15-20 more mins.
