Colorful and wonderful pasta salad

Recipe Ingredients for Walnut Tortellini Salad

19 oz cheese tortellini (Rosetto)
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1/4 medium red onion, diced
3 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
3/4 c. reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled (Athenos)
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Walnut Tortellini Salad

Cook pasta according to directions and cook. Combine all ingredients except oil, lemon juice and honey. Mix dressing separate. Toss together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
