2 cup Brown Rice
1/4 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cup swiss Chard
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup Raisins
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Walnut Rice

  1. saute shallot (aka onion) in oil

  2. add ginger, cook 1 min

  3. add walnuts and raisins, cook 5min

  4. add chard, cook 5min

  5. add cooked rice and soy sauce
