Like it says. High in fat, but very healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Walnut & Parsley Pasta Sauce

11 g garlic cloves
60 ml olive oil
4 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp walnuts
1/2 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Walnut & Parsley Pasta Sauce

  1. Fry the crushed garlic in the oil gently.

  2. Set oil and garlic aside to cool.

  3. Cook pasta to taste (remember this serves 2)

  4. Put wanuts parsley parmesan and oil into food processor and blitz.

  5. Pour mix over cooked pasta.
