Recipe Ingredients for Walnut Granola Trail Bars

3 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup of light brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup golden syrup

Recipe Directions for Walnut Granola Trail Bars

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Spray a 9x13 pan

  3. Spread mix evenly in pan

  4. Cook at 325 F for 30 mins
