I use Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix. This is a Pillsbury recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Walnut Fudge Bars

19 1/2 oz Brownie mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
2 cups walnuts, chopped
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Recipe Directions for Walnut Fudge Bars

  1. Preheat oven in convection bake to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease 13" x 9" pan.

  3. Combine brownie mix, butter, water and eggs. Beat 50 strokes with spoon. Add oats and walnuts. Mix well.

  4. In medium bowl, combine chocolate chips and consendsed milk. Microwave on High for 1-1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring twice.

  5. Spread half of brownie batter in pan. Spread chocolate mixture over batter. Drop remianing brownie batter by teaspoonfuls over chocolate layer. Brownie mixture will not completely cover chocolate layer.

  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie topping feels dry and edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. DO NO OVERBAKE.

  7. Cool 2 hours. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours.

  8. Cut into bars. Serve cold or at room termperature. Store in refrigerator.
