My favorite breakfast! I love the extra fiber from the flax and the crunch from the walnuts. I add one packet of Splenda for a sweetener.

Recipe Ingredients for Walnut-Flax Oatmeal

1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1/2 ounce chopped walnuts
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Walnut-Flax Oatmeal

Mix all ingredients in a glass microwave-safe bowl and microwave for one minute, 20 seconds (your settings may vary). Stir in one packet of Splenda and enjoy!
