Recipe Ingredients for Walnut-Citrus Salmon

1/3 cup walnuts, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/3 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons olive oil
2/3 tsp dill
6 salmon fillets
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Walnut-Citrus Salmon

Combine all ingredients, except salmon and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, in one bowl and emulsify. Once pulverized, top the salmon fillets on the side without skin. Heat the last tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Saute salmon over medium to medium-high heat until cooked. Note: be aware that bread will burn quickly over high heat, while you do want breading to caramelize, try not to be hasty by cooking fillets over too high of heat.
