Replace regular All-purpose flour with Bob's Red Mill All-purpose Gluten Free Flour (recipe wouldn't allow for the Gluten free words)

Recipe Ingredients for Walnut chocolate chip Bread - Gluten Free

1/2 cup of apple sauce
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of organic sugar
1/2 cup of organic brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cups soy flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoons of baking soda
3 bananas
1/2 cup milled flax seed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Walnut chocolate chip Bread - Gluten Free

  1. Mix dry all ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Mash banana's

  3. Mix the remaining ingredients.

  4. Oil bread pan

  5. and Back at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
